The Wall, now a stripped memory of fallen concrete, mortar, and debris, is
reconceived as a porous volume of varying transparencies, overlapping layers of planes and spaces that guide light from its surfaces through the section, subverting the site’s original character of confinement and fortification into one of free and deliberate movement.
